First Order Support

If your first order of Stact Longevity+ does not feel like the right fit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to understand your experience and help make things right. This may include guidance on usage, a replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

Unopened Product Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unopened and in its original condition
• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase may be required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be cancelled or adjusted at any time before the next shipment is processed. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return policy above.
